1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website marathabook365.in and all services provided by MarathaBook365, including the creation and management of online cricket betting IDs and access to our partner exchange platforms — MarathaExch, EdgeBet247, CardsExch, and ChipsExch.

By accessing our website or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account or use any service offered by MarathaBook365.
You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting activities under the laws applicable in your state or region of residence.

MarathaBook365 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Only one account per user is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be deactivated without notice and any associated funds may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To obtain a cricket betting ID, contact MarathaBook365 via the official WhatsApp link on marathabook365.in.
Provide your full name, WhatsApp mobile number, and preferred username.
Make your first deposit via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or bank transfer.
Your username and password will be delivered to your WhatsApp within 2 minutes of payment confirmation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
Do not share your login credentials with any person, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to be a MarathaBook365 support agent.
MarathaBook365 support agents will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
You must notify MarathaBook365 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
MarathaBook365 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. MarathaBook365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false or misleading information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits can be made via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT).
Minimum deposit starts from ₹100 depending on the partner platform selected.
All deposits are processed instantly except NEFT transfers which may take up to 30 minutes.
MarathaBook365 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes under normal circumstances.
High-value withdrawals above ₹1,00,000 may take up to 24 hours for security verification.
You must provide accurate bank account or UPI details when requesting a withdrawal. MarathaBook365 is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect withdrawal details submitted by the user.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your name.
MarathaBook365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

4.3 Transaction Disputes

Any deposit or withdrawal dispute must be reported to MarathaBook365 support via WhatsApp within 48 hours of the transaction. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

MarathaBook365 offers a 12% first deposit bonus across all partner platforms with a minimum deposit of ₹500.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements of typically 5x to 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn until rollover requirements are fully met.
Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user, per device, and per household.
MarathaBook365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with prior notice.
Abuse of bonus offers, including creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
Bonuses are credited manually within 10 minutes of verification. Contact your WhatsApp agent after deposit confirmation to claim.

6. Betting Rules

All bets are placed through MarathaBook365’s partner exchange platforms: MarathaExch, EdgeBet247, CardsExch, and ChipsExch.
Each partner platform operates under its own betting rules. You are responsible for understanding the specific rules of the platform you use.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the relevant platform’s rules explicitly permit it.
MarathaBook365 and its partner platforms reserve the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds caused by technical errors or data feed failures.
Winnings are credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant market.
MarathaBook365 is not responsible for any losses incurred due to the user’s misunderstanding of betting markets or odds.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
Colluding with other users or manipulating markets in any way
Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits
Attempting to launder money or use MarathaBook365 for any illegal financial activity
Sharing your account with or allowing access by any third party
Providing false identity information during registration or verification
Accessing MarathaBook365 services from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited

8. Responsible Gaming

MarathaBook365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and does not encourage problem gambling.
You can set deposit limits, session timers, and cooling-off periods through your account settings or by contacting support.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission from MarathaBook365.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

MarathaBook365 provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
MarathaBook365 does not guarantee any specific outcome from betting activity. All betting involves risk and you may lose money.
We are not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or third-party platform issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

13. Legal Compliance

Online cricket betting in India occupies a legal grey area. The Public Gambling Act of 1867 does not specifically address online platforms or individual online bettors.
No central Indian law directly criminalises an individual for personally placing an online bet.
MarathaBook365’s partner exchanges operate under international gaming licences from jurisdictions such as Curaçao and Malta.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of MarathaBook365’s services complies with the laws of your state or region of residence.
MarathaBook365 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of its services in jurisdictions where online betting is restricted or prohibited.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

MarathaBook365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice if these Terms are violated.
Upon termination for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at MarathaBook365’s discretion.
You may close your account at any time by contacting MarathaBook365 support via WhatsApp. Any legitimate pending withdrawals will be processed before closure.
MarathaBook365 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.

15. Changes to These Terms

MarathaBook365 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date on this page and notify active users via WhatsApp where appropriate. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, without prejudice to any rights you may have under the laws of your local jurisdiction.
